You can contact the Social Security Administration in several ways to obtain this information.

If you area able to set up a mySocialSecurity account, that is the best way. You can do that here. There, under the Eligibility and Earnings heading, you will see the number of quarters you have accumulated so far and have access to your earnings records.

You can also reach out to your local SSA office to set up an appointment or phone call.
