Testimonial – Survivor Benefits Assistance

During a normal conversation with Mrs. Keller in August of 2024, I learned that I may be eligible for survivorship benefits from my ex-husband, who passed away in 2020. I had no idea I could file for these benefits. From that point on, the process began.

Mrs. Keller made things simple. She prepared me for my interactions with the Social Security representative and explained what to expect. She even joined me on a call with Social Security, asking all the relevant questions to ensure I understood the process.

Because of her guidance, I was able to gather the required documents to submit my claim. She went the extra mile by assisting me in obtaining everything I needed for my claim to be approved.
