The RSSA Roadmap software has already been updated to incorporate the changes brought about by the Social Security Fairness Act, H.R. 82. This includes the elimination of the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and the Government Pension Offset (GPO), ensuring that the software provides accurate and up-to-date benefit calculations in line with the new law. There are several locations in the Roadmap that allow users to enable/disable the H.R. 82 act. This includes a “toggle switch on the Roadmap Reporting page to see instant changes in benefit values.
