Full question: My full retirement age is May 30th 2025. How do I answer the question when do I want to start receiving my benefits. Do I put May or June?

I assume that you want to file your benefits at your full retirement age so you should put May, the month you turn FRA. Actual benefits are paid with a one-month lag, so your first benefit will be paid in June 2025.
