RSSA Roadmap Software

NARSSA does not grant refunds for purchases of its online software products. Those that purchase software are provided with a license to use the software for one full year starting from the date of purchase.

Online Self-Study 5-Module Course on Social Security

NARSSA does not grant refunds for purchases of its online 5-module self-study course. Those that sign up for this course are provided with one full year to complete the course.

Associate & Registered Membership Fees

NARSSA does not grant refunds for annual membership fees paid. Membership renewals can be suspended by NARSSA for nonpayment of membership fees and terminated by NARSSA for failure to adhere to the organization’s code of ethical standards.

RSSA Competency Final Exam

Registration fees for the proctored RSSA Competency Final Exam are nonrefundable. If you fail the RSSA Competency Final Exam, you are not entitled to a refund of the exam registration fee. Should you fail the exam you will need to pay the exam registration fee again should you decide to continue. Failure to show up for the online exam on the date as scheduled without changing the exam date at least three days in advance will require that you pay the exam registration fee again when rescheduling.

Online Self-Study Courses, Seminars & Webinars

NARSSA does not grant refunds for purchases of its online self-study courses, or cancellations of its live webinars or seminars. Registrants are responsible for the full course registration fee. NARSSA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a webinar or seminar. In the event that NARSSA should cancel a webinar or seminar, all paid registrants of that webinar or seminar will receive a full refund. Registrants will have the opportunity to attend the rescheduled webinar or seminar, or request a full refund.
