Social Security COLA: Are The Numbers Rigged?

I’ve been hearing from A LOT of my viewers in the comments section of my YouTube channel who fully believe that the COLA numbers are rigged and the cost of living increase won’t be anywhere close to the rate of inflation because the numbers will be adjusted for the explicit purpose of lowering the annual increase. Today, we look at the data and answer this question once and for all.
