Professional Profile
Hey there, I’m Steve Bashkin, a native New Yorker who found his way to the sunny desert of Arizona back in ’97. My journey’s been filled with adventures, but none as rewarding as my marriage in 2007 and raising two incredible kids. My career has been a wild ride through the world of sales, mainly in phone sales management. From steering teams in a Fortune 100 company to navigating the global market with a company serving everyone from small businesses to Fortune 50 companies, military units, and governments around the world, I’ve seen it all. I’ve honed my skills in strategic leadership, driving growth and opening new doors wherever I go. In 2021, I decided to switch gears and dive headfirst into the world of insurance. It wasn’t just about the numbers for me; it was about making a real difference. I found my calling in helping seniors untangle the complexities of Medicare and ensuring they get the coverage they deserve, no matter their situation. Beyond the boardroom, you’ll find me cheering for my son at his wrestling matches or supporting my daughter as she dives into her studies. When we’re not busy with school and sports, you can catch us playing racquetball or pickleball together, or hitting the trails for a hike or bike ride. Family and community are the heart of everything I do, and I’m grateful for every moment spent with my kids. With a mix of passion, experience, and a personal touch, I’m here to guide you through the maze of insurance options and help you secure the coverage you need to protect what matters most – your health, wealth, and your family’s well-being.
