Michelle was first licensed as a Life/Health agent in 1988 and worked in the Employee Benefits department of a local agency.
Michelle joined Health Insurance Shop (formerly Group Insurance Services) in May 2003, and worked with the group clients to provide employee benefit options.
In 2007, Michelle became Executive Vice President and continues in that same role today. Michelle also works directly with group, individual, and Medicare clients by sharing her years of experience and knowledge in the health insurance market.

Michelle is married and between herself and her husband, they have four (4) adult children, and six (6) grandchildren.
Michelle is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo through the American Taekwondo Association (ATA), and regularly trains and competes. Earning both State and District titles, Michelle is working toward adding a World title to her list of accomplishments.
Michelle also enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and their house-full of animals. She is particularly fond of Beagles! In her spare time, she unwinds by working in the yard – mowing, planting, etc.
