Lee Ammer

Lee Ammer founded OG Benefits, a certified Woman Owned Business, in 2016 after more than 20 years working in Human Resources. She found her niche in Benefits Management as she managed benefit departments for public and private companies that ranged in size from 300 to 5,000 employees. She has grown OG Benefits into a successful company that works with employers and individuals.
A graduate of University of Missouri, Lee’s degree in Business Management and Marketing prepared her to be a leader in her community. She has had more than 15 years of community service in Rotary International, including a term as founding President of a new club and an international mission trip. At OG Benefits, Lee leads her team with the same principles that Rotary International is founded on, truth, fairness, beneficial to all concerned, and building good will and better friendships.
