Professional Profile
Amanda has been helping individuals and families change financial uncertainty to a better understanding of their investment holdings and overall financial strategies. During her career in home health and hospice, she dealt with individuals and families with little understanding of how retirement income planning, long term care planning and legacy planning could be severely impacted by a chronic or critical health event. This led her to become passionate about educating those in the communities she serves. Wanting to help people directly, and seeing a large need for financial education in our society, Amanda continues on her mission to educate and empower individuals so that they can eliminate unnecessary financial stress and focus on achieving their goals. She has seen first hand how lives are affected when a plan is not in place and education is not imparted to those facing retirement. She works to strengthen the financial literacy of retirees and pre-retirees. Simplifying complex issues as much as possible and being a resource for her community is what drives her. Amanda is a Series 65 registered financial advisor, which means she is held to a fiduciary duty to always act in her clients’ best interests. Being both a licensed insurance agent and an investment advisor representative allows Amanda to have an unbiased opinion on a variety of retirement-enhancing investment and insurance vehicles.
