Professional Profile
Gina Rule was inspired to become a Registered Social Security Analyst by seeing the need of her father and very close family members attempting to make critical choices of when to begin taking their Social Security benefits. The difficulty that they experienced, encouraged Gina to learn as much as possible about Social Security and the benefit timing. The available information was very complex and very confusing and made it seemingly impossible to make a decision. This decision can impact income for the remaining years a person has to enjoy their retirement years. When Gina learned of NARSSA, she was very excited to have the opportunity to learn more about the Social Security benefit system to make this experience for others easier and less stressful than her families’ experience. She is looking forward to sharing her knowledge as a Registered Social Security Analyst in order to help others with future choices. Gina is also a Senior Health insurance professional that can assist with health care choices for seniors.
Gina was born and raised in Monroe County, Tennessee. She is a graduate of Hiwassee College and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Gina is married to Rob Rule and has two adult children. Previously, Gina has worked in Human Resources for many years and uses her knowledge in this field to help clients navigate some of the insurance and payroll issues they encounter while working and retiring. She is involved in her community through several programs, including volunteering as a life mentor with her home church. Gina is looking forward to making this transition to working with the community to help them with social security choices.
