Mikal Abdullah’s philosophy to life’s greatest achievements is to serve others. This started very early in life serving his country with the United States Navy in Vietnam, then serving his Philadelphia community joining the ranks of the Philadelphia Police Department. After retirement from the department, Mikal served as an expert witness in Civil Rights matters involving the Philadelphia Police Department’s application of specific policies and procedures. Additionally, as an Enrolled Agent, Mikal has full authority to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service in audits, collections, and examinations. Mikal has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Temple University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Philadelphia University.
Mikal feels the capstone to all his academic achievements has been earning the Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA®) credential. As an RSSA® we help potential retirees to maneuver through the complexities of the 2700 rules and other exceptions within the Social Security Administration (SSA) Program.
